Today has been a productive day. I finished a presentation I have to do in my Psychology class this coming Tuesday and also I am nearly finished with my laundry. I kept thinking about doing my Walk Away the Pounds DVD, but I still haven't done it...I have to just stop thinking and talking about it and DO IT!
I was hungrier today than I have been all week at work, but I don't think I went overboard. I ate more than normal, but still made healthy choices. Here's what I ate today...
Breakfast - Honey Nut Crunch Cereal with Skim Milk and Banana
Lunch - Weight Watcher frozen meal with 2 pieces of Sara Lee wheat bread
Snacks - 2 cheese sticks, Lite Yogurt Cup
Dinner - Grilled Chicken, Sweet Potato, and sweet peas
Now that I look at it typed out it really doesn't seem like much more than normal. Tomorrow will be my official weigh in for the week. I am addicted to the scale and so far it has been alternating between 251 and 252 so I may only see a 1 pound loss for this week, but at least I am still going in the right direction.
