A New Year, A New Start

Well, I did manage to lose about 35 pounds in 2006...not a stellar amount of weight, but progress nonetheless. Now 2007 is upon us and it is time to recommitt myself to eating healthy and exercising more. I would like to lose at least another 35 this year and hopefull double or triple that amount! Hopefully, it will be a family project this year. My husband is planning to make a lifestyle change as well and R.J. will be starting soccer in February so hopefully the extra activity will be helpful to him as well. I know I don't post on here often enough, but hopefully I can get back into the habit of doing so more often...at least once per week and that would only be 52 times which doesn't seem like a lot.
